- But the cooking method is more or less same wherever we go
- Mithila is known for sweet items and maithils are sweet lovers
- Thekua is made up of wheat flour, maida, suji and sugar
- Fried in oil after mixing all and made into the size and shape as shown in the image
- It can be stored for a long time
- It is also generally used as sanesh (gift)
